The constant illusion that we have to change what we are is stunning. A lot of us go through life thinking we are not good enough. This nagging feeling in the pit of the stomach that won't let go. We are amazing creations of God build to perfection. Our bodies are perfect creations capable of so many mind blowing functions. Our brains are super computers firing electro signals that let us perceive the wonderful world created for us.

But for some reason we think that all of that is not good enough. Some of us have live with justifiable trauma for a long time and have used the experience to project a future of lack and insufficiency. Our thoughts keep us prisoners of an event that changed the way we see the world. O how wonderful would be to have a button we can press to erase such memories and reprogram our selfs.

I invite you to honor your past and feel the feelings that accompany the memory. Validate your self and understand that whatever happened it was ment to be. Move on and forgive your self by understanding that whatever you did was the best you could have done at the time. Some times we get hurt to no fault of our own but tragically we use that event to justify our life's and live wounded and afraid.

Time is an illusion that the ego uses to keep us prisoners of our past and afraid of our future. The only magic button to freedom is to live our life's in the here and now. I know this can be very difficult for many and letting go of this illusion is terrifying. However, the gift we receive on the other side is worth it. Freedom, peace and abundance come from a place of acceptance. From here we can achieve whatever we set our minds and hearts on.

Coaching is a very personal experience in which you will discover, uncover and let go of all that is blocking you from loving who you are and what you do. It is the calling of my life to walk with people and compassionately help them access their purpose in life.
